Covid-19 News….. SANITATION-PPE PROCEDURES: We take great pride providing you with the highest sanitation procedures as possible, for our clients to enjoy a safe, healthy, and relaxing atmosphere, while visiting us. Although we always use the highest standards for sanitation, we have added PPE standards as well. Fortunately, we occupy a small space, therefore it makes it easy and effective to protect our clients the best possible way! 1: Please call us from your car when you arrive, and we will do a 2nd patient screening process and retake your temperature with an infrared thermometer before entering the building. 2: Please take your temperature the morning of your appointment with us and bring a pair of house shoes/slippers/socks that you have not worn in public to safeguard our floors for everyone’s protection. We will ask that you leave your street shoes in the shoe holder outside our door. 3: Please wear a mask and wash your hands with our soap and then apply disinfectant spray the minute you enter. We will open and close the doors for you. We wipe all door handles/instruments and surfaces with Optim 33TB One-Step Disinfectant Cleaner (hospital-grade) and 99% alcohol after anyone enters or exits. We continuously use alcohol on our hands and wash them consistently. Each treatment room has Spray bottles with hand sanitizer/alcohol and surface cleaner for sanitizing. We wear gloves/masks/face shields if necessary and provide clean bedding which is washed in Clorox. We will be using disposable sheets depending on the treatment and we will reapply hand sanitizer throughout your visit. Some of our treatments will be a little different regarding massage, no hot stones/steamed towels/blankets or wraps for safety reasons for now, but rest assured we will ease back into our amazing full standards as time goes on. We added a hard wax as well, no double dipping. Unfortunately, the cost of doing business has increased with PPE and seeing less clients, we have to charge a 20% upcharge to our services to keep everyone safe. The spa has had the hardwood floors refinished, freshly painted walls and woodwork, carpets shampooed and disinfected, therefore, every surface is clean and fresh.
